WHO: The Dallas based funk brass band, INNER CITY ALL-STARS will be performing and Recording a live DVD concert at “GBC The Venue” for GBC Music, along with host Comedian, Tony Stone.

The Texas Commission on the Arts (TCA) is sponsoring a rural outreach program that will provide free performances by Texas artists to designated rural counties. These designated counties include Cooke, Fisher, Haskell, Jack, Kent, Montague, Stonewall and Throckmorton counties.
As a Texas Commission on the Arts roster artist, I have been selected to provide these performances. Interested nonprofit organizations or units of government are encouraged to contact me to request a performance for their community. Host sites are strongly encouraged to promote the performance to the public, and will be asked to complete a short survey after the program.
